Every quote is tailored to the job. For straightforward work, we can provide a fixed price over the phone, WhatsApp or email without needing to visit. For larger jobs such as a new boiler or cylinder installation, we’ll give you a ballpark figure first so you can sense check it against your budget. If that works for you, we’ll arrange a convenient time to assess the full scope of the work and provide an accurate fixed price.

We aim to respond to every enquiry the same day, so you’re never left waiting. When it comes to parts, you have the choice, we’re happy to source everything on your behalf or work with parts you’ve already purchased.

We’re not a 24/7 emergency service, but if something can’t wait we’ll always do our best.
