We cover all parts we supply and fit for 12 months. Should anything fail, get in touch and we’ll look into it.
Boiler warranties are handled by the manufacturer, but we’ll always support you through the process if needed.

We’re not a 24/7 emergency service, but if something can’t wait we’ll always do our best. Call us during working hours and if we can’t get to you in the day, we’ll try to squeeze you in on the way home after our last job. Even if we can’t fix everything there and then, we’ll do what we can to prevent further damage and get a full repair scheduled as soon as possible.
